Where i must pay for visa fee? I live in Batumi and i'm planning to go in Tbilisi Chinese embassy!

You should pay for the visa fee to China embassy in Tbilisi, it costs 60 lari for single-entry visa. if you can't come to the embassy in person, you can entrust someone else to do it.
