Where Do I get China Visa in Nigeria Abuja or Lagos Office?

Hello I am Temi a Nigerian I am travelling to China on a mission for an official duty (2months), I have all the required documents however I want to know which office of the Chinese embassy I need to go to receive the visa Abuja or Lagos?
