Is there a need for NBI,SSS, bank statement for an 18 yr old student who has a valid US visa?

My family is applying for L visa. My son is the only one who has no previous chinese visa. Can we still apply for a family visa?

Your son who is 18 years old is required to provide the NBI, SSS, bank statement because he dosen't have a previous Chinese visa. You can still apply for China visa, but there is not a family visa. Each applicant should obtain a China visa. One of your family can submit all the applications. Not everyone has to appear in the embassy.
