I want to visit Hong Kong from Shanghai for 1 day. Which are the trains available?

I want to visit Hong Kong from Shanghai. How much time it takes and what are the fastest available train options with cost details for different seats

Only one train T99B is running every other day from Shanghai to Hong Kong. It takes around 18hrs and costs approximately CNY727 for one soft sleeper.

A lot faster to fly from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to Hong Kong. Flight time is approx 2 hours. Flight costs aren't too bad depending on time of year / holiday season.
