You can renew your China visa one week before the expiry date at the Exit-Entry Administrative Department of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, in fact, you will be issued a new China visa on your passport. Please prepare all the requirements, such as you and your husband's passport, his work permit and residence permit, the marriage certificate.
