No, not close to Ocean Park, but far away. The hotel has free shuttle to Tsing Yi MTR Station. Then you can take MTR to Central (star ferry), then take bus 629 to Ocean Park. from 11:00, find the bus at Admiralty (West), Drake Street outside Lippo Centre .
