About:China Visa Exemption

do I need a visa if doing organised day tours from cruise ship for the following chinese ports: hong kong, beijing, shanghai, dailan

Australia passport holders are exempt of Hong Kong visa for up to 90 days. But you need multiple entry visa to China mainand (Beijing, shanghai and Dalian), for you will disembark and enter China mainland three times.
