Travelling with my daughter. Is there a problem with us having a different surname?

Hello, i just want to inquire about my daughter travelling with me. I want to bring her someday to china for a tour. The name im using is my maiden name. because my marriage with his father is already annulled. Is there a problem with us having a different surname? i have papers of my annulment and proof that i am her mom.
