Question

I have traveled to countries like Malaysia, UAE & Indonesia. I want to apply for Business Visa to China. Can i apply for the same at the Mumbai Consulate itself?

Jharkhand State is under the consular districts of China consulate in Kolkata. You need to go to Kolkata to apply for China visa. If you have the Mumbai residence permit or other document to prove your legal status in Mumbai, you can try to apply China visa in Mumbai.
