about soft sleeper train tickets

The prices for the soft sleeper indicate that the lower bunk is more popular. Is it difficult to get to the top? When not sleeping, can you sit on the bunks, and are there windows to look outside? The train I'm looking at will have about 5 hours of daytime travel.

There is a double action door in the soft sleeper cabin allowing separate access to the upper berths. Of course, u can sit on the bunks. Personally, if the train journey is just around 5hrs during the day time, you could choose to take a seat directly.
