best way to travel from canton to xiamen.

I will be in Canton, Xiamen, Shanghai, Hangzhou in the same order I described. I would like to travel by train, but I need to know which way have the fast train.

From Guangzhou to Xiamen, only two K trains are available, which takes about 14hrs. Thus, you would better choose to take flight which just costs 1hr.  But there are bullet trains operating between Xiamen, Hangzhou and Xiamen. You are advised to visit in this order: Canton, Xiamen, Hangzhou and Shanghai.
