what sponsorship should I need? and how much should money should I put in my bank certificate. I have my own rented house here in xian so I don't need to get a hotel for them. can you give me more details about the sponsorship? thank you very much...

For a usual tourist, i've heard 50K Php is the minimum in the bank certificate. You can provide the  certificate of house ownership statement in Xian to substitute the sponsorship letter.  Once you have the house property in China, it is not hard for you to get a China visa.
