I am married to chinese lady, do I get the right to live or open an account in china in my name?

Married to a Chinese lady doesn't entitle you to live in China, you have to hold a valid China visa or residence permit to live in China, then you can open an account in China in your name or buy property in your name. If you want to work in China, you have to find a job, then go to your home country to apply work visa (Z visa)
