is the ming tombs worth visiting?

I plan to visit the Ming Tombs after touring the badaling Great Wall. But some one said it isn't worth visiting at all. How do you think?

It depends on you. If you like Chinese history, you can go to have a visit. But if you prefer the natural scenery, then you may think it boring.
