How best and cheapest to Xiamen university from Guangzhou

Direct trains, flights and coaches are all available from Guangzhou to Xiamen. The cheapest way is to take train, but it takes about 14hrs. By flight, it just costs 1hr. And it costs 8hrs by coaches. About the train schedules, you can search on the web.
