im travelling with my family from macau to guangzhou, how can we get there?

which is the most convenient but affordable? its me and my husband and 2 kids, my brother and his 3 kids.what time is the earliest departure of bus or train from macau to guangzho? how long is the travel time?, i plan to travel early dawn around 5am, get to the hotel, rest and breakfast and then diy tour in guangzho, then plan to leave early morning to get to zhenzhen, maybe a day tour in zhen zhen and travel around 5pm going to hongkong.

There is no train between the two cities, so you can take bus from Gongbei Bus Station in Zhuhai near Gongbei Port to reach. It takes about 2 hours. 5am in the morning? I think it is too early and no bus at that time. Perpaps at 7am is okay.
