hi, do i need to submit original degree certificate to apply for z visa?

I have  a job proposal from china but I dont know whether I have to sumbit my all original degree certificates or not to get Z visa.

You need to submit the photocopy of your degree certificate to your employer. Then your employer can apply for Alien Employement License for you. When you apply for Z visa in your country, the degree certificate is not required, the Alien Employement License and the Invitation Letter of A Duly Authorized Unit are required for Z visa application, your employer has to get the two documents for you.
