I WANT TO APPLY FOR A TOURIST VISA TO cHINA, IN THE INSTRUCTION SAY I HAVE TO FILL THE FORM V2011, IN THIS FORM 2011B, THERE ARE NOT ANY INFORMATION TO GIVE  ABOUT APPLICATION FOR TOURIST VISADO I HAVE TO FILL IN THIS FORM

You don't need to fill Visa Application Form V.2011B. If you apply to work or study in China or someone else travelling with you shares the same passport, or if you are applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your current nationality, you should fill out the Supplementary Visa Application Form V.2011B.
