About:Chinese Embassy in Chile

I'm Chilean citizen, would like to visit Tibet from Nepal, do I need to apply China visa and the Tibet Entry Permit?

I'm from Chile and I would like to visit Tibet, entering from Nepal, arriving Zhangmu. One local Nepali tourism agency should make the paper work for me. I'm sorry, but my question is "Is that possible?" Or should i need to make additional things here with the Chinese consulate.

Any advice or suggestion is welcome. Thank you

Please don't apply for China visa in Chile, you can ask the local Nepali tourism agency to apply for Tibet Entry Permit and China visa for you in Nepal. Even though you get a China visa in Chile, you have to cancel it and apply for a new China visa. It is a special rule for aliens who come to Tibet from Kathmandu, Nepal.

"For any tourist entering Tibet from Katmandu, if he or she is holding China visa issued from their home country or any other place must be cancelled first, and then only can apply for a fresh China visa at the Chinese Embassy, Katmandu, Nepal based on Tibet Travel Permit. "
