I was wondering what document I should bring for renew Chinese Passport? Asked by Trisanna(Canada)

1) the old passport and its photocopy
2) the Canada resident certificite and its photocopy
3) the passport application form (new edition)
4) two passport photos
5) a writing statement with the damaging reason if the original passport is damaged
