How do I take the bus from Changsha to Huaihua?

What bus would I take? Where do I catch the bus? When does the bus leave? What is the bus fare? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There are buses running from Changsha West Long-distance Bus Station or Changsha South Long-distance Bus Station to Huaihua. It operates from 08:00 to 18:30 and takes about 4-5 hours. The bus fare is about CNY142.
