About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Hong Kong Airport Expres Pass

If I buy Airport Express Travel Pass online can I claim the pass in the airport or do i have to travel to the Tsing Yi station still? I'm a little confused with how the MTR website explains where I can claim the card because it seems like I can't claim it in the airport. Is that right?

You could not collect the pass at Hong Kong Airport. But, you could board on the Airport Express with valid certification when you booked the pass online. Upon arrival at Tsing Yi station, or other stations, you could collect the pass before exit from the train station.
