Hi, I would like to know that if i Hong Kong SAR passport is expire. Could I renews in Toronto?

ReplyYou can submit your application for HK SAR passport renewal to Chinese consulate in Toronto even it expires. The application will be send to HK Immigration Department for approval. So, processing time needed is about one month.00Reply
