The V2011A and V2011B are the latest application forms for China visa. You can download from this site. https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf and https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application-form.pdf this V2011B is needed only if you request a work visa, student visa or apply in a third country other than your home country.
