need help about student(x) visa

Question

I'm Raisul Islam Shuvo from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I've applied Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China for September 2011 session for Clinical medicine. After university sent me letter of acceptance, I've paid the first year tuition fees and health insurance as university rule to confirm admission. Then University issued me Admission letter and JW202. But at the time of application to Zhejiang University, My passport wasn't ready. So the JW202 hasn't my passport number. After receiving  the original JW202 and admission Letter By courier I went to china embassy in Dhaka. They told me to do Physical test from China Bangla Hospital. After doing Medical tests, On 14th August I went to embassy with Passport,Original JW202, Admission notice, Filled up visa application form, medical test report. Embassy counter checked my documents and accepted them and gave today 21st August as delivery date. But when I went to embassy today, they refused to give me X visa and told me to bring another JW202 from university with Passport no. My registration dates in University are 13th and 14th September. It will take lots of time to get another JW202 by courier. Today is holiday in china and the University is on summer vacation so perhaps their office is half. So can't even contact with University or my agent in India today. I just can't understand why Embassy didn't tell me about this problem when they checked JW202 on 14th August or before when I first showed them JW202 on 8th August. After wasting my time they are asking for new JW202!!!Now I'm totally in a fix what to do and my parents are so sad hearing this problem. Please tell me what should I do now.

Raisul Islam Shuvo, sorry to hear your story, I understand you are sad and angry, however, there is no other option, you have to follow the instruction of China embassy in Dhaka.  We can't bargain with the embassy.

Mr.JOHNNASH Thanks for your answer. I've contacted with university and they told me many other students from other countries had JW202 without passport number and they hadn't any problem to get visa. May be it's my fault to born in a third world country. Thats why china embassy dared to behave like this:(

funny thing is I have problem with embassy to but they were good to me just laugh on my me when they saw my birth certificate in my documents I put I there cause I thought they will ask it anyways my university made a mistake they modified the date in jw202 so when I show that to embassy they reject it in first look but bad thing is they didn't saw other papers I mean my admission letter from university in there the date was written too  now I have a letter from university guarantying my jw202 date if they don't accept this I will try for new jw202 . thank god I have a lot time to do this process my university will start in 20 march I am accepted in Shandong university in mbbs program :)
