About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

I hold a 3 star Hong Kong Identity card, can I renew the new Identity card at China embassy in Canada?

No, you can not renew your HK ID at Chinese embassy in Canada. If you need, you can do it within 30 days of your return to HK.
