Hello, Does anyone know how long it will take from Elephant Trunk Hill to Reed Flute Cave (or vice versa). Is it true that we can take bus 58 from Elephant Trunk Hill to Reed Flute Cave (and vice versa). Thanks a lot.

Yes, you could take free bus 58 shuttling from the Elephant Trunk Hill to Reed Flute Cave. For the return journey, you should take city-bus No.3 to downtown and then transfer to the Elephant Trunk Hill.
