About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I was born in Hong Kong in 1966. Can I renew my 2 stars HK ID card, issued in 1973, in Vancouver?

If yes, what do I have to bring with me and at what time. Thanks.

You can not renew HK ID at Chinese consulate in Vancouver. Your application should be submitted to HK. You can go to HK in the visitor's line and uses your Canadian passport, and renew your identity card at HK Immigration Department in person.
