About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

what document is required for HongKong visa submission in China embassy. I'm Vietnamese and EP holder in Singapore.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Would like to know what document is required for HongKong visa submission in China embassy. Im Vietnamese and EP holder in SIngapore. Many thanks

Requirements are:
1. One completely filled out Hong Kong visa application forrm
2. One recently taken 2X2 inch photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.
3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
4. Original and copy of the residence permit (e.g. PR, EP).
5. Original invitation letter, proof of employment and company leave letter.
6. Bank statements within 3 months.
7. Round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation.

P.S.
1. The visa application documents should be sent to Hong Kong Immigration for approval, therefore normally it takes approximately one month.
2.Mailing fee: S$ 30 for each application
3.Visa fee: S$ 50
