Hi, am now in China and i have gotten working particulars to go apply for Z-Visa. I would like to know if its still effective for a Ghanaian citizen to go and apply for the said visa at Philippines. Or is it compulsory i go to Ghana to apply? Thanks. Hoping to hear your opinions soon!
