There is no direct train from Guangzhou Airport to Hong Kong Airport. The direct way from Guangzhou airport to Hong Kong Airport is by air.  Or you can take the airport shuttle bus line 5 from Guangzhou Airport to Haizhu Square, then walk to Hotel Landmark Canton to take cross-border coach to HK airport.
