About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi! Do we need any working experience to apply for Z visa?

Still, if i had to change my Student Visa into a work visa, what are the procedures and is it necessary for me to go back to my own country to apply for it?
Note : Currently doing my internship in a company in Shenyang and they are planning on employing me here in the future.

It is almost impossible for you to change your student visa into work visa within Mainland China, you have to go to your own country to apply for it. The company in Shenyang should obtain the Alien Employment License and Confirmation Letter of Invitation for you.
