is there any working holiday scene in Hong Kong for indonesian passport holders?

Hello, is there any working holiday scene in Hong Kong for indonesian passport holders? what are the legal ways to work in Hong Kong for a short term (6-12 months) period? i'm interested in learning Hong Kong/Chinese culture and in a same time, i'd like to have job experience in HK as a professional, but seems like having working visa in HK is difficult except being a maid/domestic helper. LOL.
i have International Background studies and few months experience in a bank, would it be help me to find a job in HK?
