Can Holders of Yemen passport living in Qatar get a tourist visa to visit Zhuhai, Guangzhou?

I'm an Engineering manager living and working in Qatar for the last 13 years.. holding a valid Yemen passport, had been to China many times in the past few years.. can I still get a tourist visa from the China Embassy in Qatar as before to visit China?
