Journeys are 1st Class Seats Shanghai to WUXI Monday 22nd August around 9am departure; WUXI to HANGZHOU to Shangyu Tuesday 23rd August around 8.00am departure; Shaoxing to Ningbo East Wednesday 24th August -- 7.45am departure.Darren Ryan

Booking online, you need to submit booking forms at least 6 days before your departure date. And many trains are available on these routes you listed. So, you could buy the tickets at train stations directly.
