Does anyone else have experience of Guangzhou taxi driver changing your money with fake bills?

Yes they will tell you your money is fake and return you a fake bank note(keeping the good one you gave them) my solution is . Let them see you take a picture of the notes serial number with your telephone before you give your money. Or keep plenty of small denomination notes at hand to pay as its usually the 100 note they will scam you0

Yes Ray ! Also be careful takeing a cab from the Airport to Guangzhou They quote 900 R M B one-way the usual fare is about 200 R M B . The cab buskers at the airport make a tidy sum for a 35 klm trip
Fake money is everywhere Banks or major hotels are always best0

this kind of thing will never happen on me as i alway show great careful and the driver got no chance to do this0
