About:China Visa

Is there a 24 hour visa I may uptain once I'm in Shanghai? If so can I get an extention for 48hours?

I just got a visa for Tibet, but they cancelled my China visa. This is a hug problem because I am flying to China on September 10 at 10:30pm and I am staying for a little over two days because I am flying out of Shanghai China to LAX. Do I have to buy another visa and what happens if I do not purchase another visa? Will they deport me back on the 10th when I arrive or send me back to Singapore where I came from? I do not want to have to pay another $140 again. When does the visa start, is it the day a person sets foot in China? Or is it the actual 60 days of staying in China? You can not really see the cancelled stamp on my passport so if they scan it will it pass or does it matter what they see? I have a US passport.

You have to apply another visa for the two days stay in Shanghai, the cancelled visa can't be used. The stay duration of China visa is counted from the date of your entry to China.
