About:China Visa

i am miss S from indonesia, is that possible to get visa on arrival at luohu, i actually planning to go to shenzhen via hongkong by end of this month?

From July 15, 2011 to August 31, 2011, Luo hu port stops to issue visa on arrival to aliens because of Shenzhen Universiade.
