is there an adapter for chinese 220 v 50 mhz electric to usa 110v 60 mhz

is ther an adapter for chinese 220 v 50 mhz electric to usa 110v 60 mhz and if so where can i get or can u wore a chinese 220 volt to run off usa 110 or 220 if so and instructions

For PC and cell phone, okay to use without an adapter. Other need to have one. Generally, I will suggest you buy one in advance before going to China.
