What are the conditions for a Djibouti passport holder visit  as a tourist ?Now staying in Beijing on a Chinese tourist visa.Best regards

You can't apply for it through the Embassy in Beijing because you are just a temporary visitor, if you work or study in China, it is possible for you to get it.
