Many employers in China value paid work experience (should be more than 2 years) and your degree (better be a well-known one). You can send your resume to the airline company, if yes, they are responsible to apply for you a work permit from local department of Foreign Affairs and relevant invitation letter. With these documents, you can apply for a China work visa from Chinese embassy in Greece.
