Can I get jade dragon snow moutain by myself because I would like to spend my whole day for snow playing . and Do I need any o2 can for go to up there

Yes, of course. Starting Lijiang, you can take bus no.7 from Red Sun Square to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain at rmb8. You can also charter a car to reach it. Sorry, what's your secong concern?

Chang, I believe his second concern is if he needs to buy oxygen (O2) for a trip up the mountain.  I just returned from there and we visited Glacier Park.  I would recommend buying oxygen.
