I don't know the distance. But it takes about 50 minutes if you take the ngong ping cable car down the mountain and then take MTR to Disneyland. If you take bus no.23 from Ngong Ping Bus Terminus to Tung Chung Town Centre Bus Terminus and then take MTR to Disneyland, it needs as long as 80 minutes.
