About:Guangzhou Metro Line 1

Which subway line should be i take to go to east railway station directly from Guangzhou airport ?

what do you mean by transfer in subway line ?

From the airport, you could take the Line 3 to get to the East Railway Station directly.
Transfer here should refer to the exchange between subway lines.
