Counting in the time of  clearing the custom and claiming luggage, I'm afraid only airport shuttle bus is available at the time. Take airport shuttle bus line 2 to Xidan, and then take bus no. 109 to your hotel, if there is one. Or take a taxi from Xidan to the hotel directly, about rmb 20 and 12 minutes.
