American in iligan city Phil. Have aps completed for Business visa (12 month, multi entry) for Mainland (with invitation letter) and HK. Do you offer service of delivery to embassy plus pickup and express delivery to me in iligan city?

If you live in Iligan city, you need to apply from Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Cebu. They do not provide mailed application. So, you may need come to the Consular office of the consulate to submit the application; or you may send someone else or a travel agent to act on your behalf if you cannot come personally.
