Splendid China or Window of the World in Shenzhen

Hi i have limited time to spend in Shenzhen, may i know if i should visit Splendid China or Window of the World? When i take a bullet train from Guangzhou East Railway station to Shenzhen, where will it stop?
Is it near a metro line in Shenzhen?
