what are the necessary document that require to produce when I need to apply for work visa (Z) type?

For work visa (Z) application, you need a Permit for Foreign Experts Working in China issued by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts (original) and an "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" from China.
