vietnam - detian waterfall

Question

we intend to take train / bus fr hanoi to this famous waterfall, for visit / overnite stay. After that we intend to travel to nanning citiy centre. Is this possible, and if so, how to go about it ?

This waterfall is not on the half from from sino-Vietnam border to Nanning. So, when you take train or bus to enter China at Youyi Guan. You have to change to bus to reach there and then back. Then take train or bus to the city center again.
