I can find any accurate information about ship Shanghai to Mokpo. I doubt if it is still in operation now. So, I would suggest you take Costa Cruise Lines (Costa Classica ) or Royal Caribbean bus Busan to Shanghai. As to the shcedule and fares, better to contact them or visit their webpages for details.
